About You
You don't need to know everything already. What matters most is how you approach your work, communicate with people, and continue to learn.
You'll bring
* Some experience in the strata or broader property industry, or a strong interest in developing your career in strata
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain matters in a practical, professional way
* An empathetic, adaptable approach and the ability to work calmly with a wide range of stakeholders
* Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through
* A genuine interest in deepening your understanding of strata legislation, governance, and best practice
* A positive, values-driven mindset, and a willingness to be an active, supportive team member
The Role
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for
* Providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders
* Conducting General and Council Meetings
* Managing budgets and financials
* Overseeing maintenance and property operations
* Ensuring compliance with the Strata Titles Act and by-laws
* Participating in our Education, Communication, or Training teams
