About the Role
Predominantly ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense claims.
High volume invoice processing is highly advantageous (average 100+ daily)
Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Weekly payment runs.
Expense management experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as procurement and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable procedures and systems.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the finance manager or senior management.
About You
Previous Accounts Payable experience.
Prior experience processing 100+ invoices daily.
Previous experience with a large ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle or SAP, etc).
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to provide support in a team environment, and keen eye for detail.
