Whether it's mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, or clearing gutters, you'll help keep homes safe and comfortable.You'll head out with a teammate in a Suncare vehicle (trailer included), visiting homes in and around Gympie with everything you need on board.
Expect tasks like mowing, edging, brush cutting, pruning, weeding, pressure washing, window and gutter cleaning, and reaching those tricky spots like ceiling fans and high cupboards.And while you're out there, you'll keep our gear clean, safe, and ready for the next job, because the little things make a big difference.The role is available as Casual employment, and hours are rostered within Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm.QualificationsYou will Thrive in this role if youLove getting to know people and building real, lasting connectionsShow up with compassion, reliability, and respect - every timeGenuinely care about helping older Australians live life the way they chooseHave experience in a home and garden maintenance role in aged care, disability support, or the community, qualifications are great, but heart, know-how and a willingness to learn matter just as muchKnow how to plan your day, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothlyAre adaptable, happy working solo or teaming up, depending on the dayAre confident using mobile tech to stay connected and get the job doneAre comfortable driving with a trailer and know how to handle it safely and smoothlyHold a current Australian Driver's LicenceHave (or are happy to get) First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History CheckBelonging starts hereWe believe real care starts with real belonging.
