Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist, Registrar, or fully-registered Psychologist to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about delivering evidence-based therapeutic services and comprehensive psychological assessments. You will work with diverse presentations, including mental health conditions and neurodevelopmental needs, with support from an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct individual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families presenting with:
* Anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, OCD, PTSD and stress
* Emotional regulation and behavioural challenges
* Neurodevelopmental support (e.g., ADHD, ASD)
* Provide evidence-based assessments, including cognitive, learning, developmental, and functional capacity evaluations to inform diagnosis and intervention planning.
* Deliver telehealth services as required to support accessibility for regional clients.
* Prepare detailed clinical reports and feedback summaries for clients, families, schools, GPs, and allied professionals.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to plan and deliver high-quality, client-centred care.
Selection Criteria
* Degree in Psychology or equivalent, and eligibility for full registration with AHPRA (Registrar applicants welcome)
* Experience or training in CBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities
* Ability to deliver trauma and neurodivergent informed care
* Competence in psychological assessment and interpretation of psychometric data
* Strong clinical formulation, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and professional collaboration skills
* Ability to work flexibly as part of a team while managing an individual caseload

Pay: $85,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
