About the Role
You will be responsible for setting moulds, completing accurate die changes, troubleshooting mechanical/process issues, and supporting production across multiple areas. This role suits someone hands-on, dependable, and committed to producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Perform die and mould changes with accuracy and efficiency
Complete machine setups and support quality bottle blowing processes
Maintain cycle times and ensure production meets performance standards
Identify and resolve mechanical or process deviations to minimise downtime
Provide hands-on technical support across production operations
Assist with general tasks: operating, packing, QA checks, forklift work & labouring
Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain clean, safe work areas
Monitor machines to ensure consistent and reliable output
Support R&D activities and new product development where required
About You
Experience in blow moulding, injection moulding or similar mechanical/production environments
Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving abilities
Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment
