Lead Registered Nurse in General Practice

* As a full-time General Practice Registered Nurse Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the overall operations of our medical practice.
* You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including conducting physical examinations, administering medications, and assisting with minor medical procedures.
* In addition, you will coordinate and manage the nursing team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
* Developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain the highest standards of clinical practice are also key aspects of this role.
* You will collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
* Mentoring and developing nursing staff, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations are also essential responsibilities.
* Finally, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice's nursing services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in an Australian General Practice preferred
* Current AHPRA registration
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Team coordination and management skills
