Responsibilities
* Ensure kitchen quality standards are always met.
* Support recruitment, training, and development of all kitchen crew.
* Assist the Restaurant Manager with P&L results including COGS, Labor, Operating Expenses.
* Adhere to all food safety and WH&S policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience in a busy hospitality kitchen or cooking role.
* Leadership experience developing a team.
* Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
* Good understanding of food safety concerns.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
