Brand Australia's ID Station is a market leader in this new technology space ). They are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to support the exciting growth plans in untapped markets.
The Opportunity:
* Reports to the Managing Director.
* Will be targeting:
* new channel development in the SME and retailer space and
* government departments and embassies.
* Will educate and inform potential clients of the value/revenue opportunities.
* Will lead new product launches, facilitate meetings, deliver training and presentations and exhibit at trade shows.
To be Successful in this role you will need to bring:
* A background in selling to SME and/or retailers.
* General Technical Acumen –
we can teach you about the world of leading edge Biometrics
* Great rapport building and communication skills and can implement a pipeline management model.
* A love for the hunt for a new opportunities and closing the sales cycles.
* Drive and enthusiasm to work solo.
* A tertiary qualification in business or marketing preferred, but not essential. A proven background in Technical B2B selling, would be considered as an equivalent
* Proficient in using CRM software, MS office suite and generally be computer literate.
If you have been successful in developing business with SME's / Government / Corporates or smaller retailers previously you will understand your market immediately.
An excellent remuneration package is available including, base, superannuation, vehicle allowance, and monthly performance based bonuses. Please note the role is a virtual office so you will be on the road 4 days a week and can work internally from office one day a week.
