We're Hiring: Female Support Worker (30+ Years Old)
Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced support worker fluent in English? We're seeking a female support worker aged 30+ to join our team and support a lovely NDIS participants in pakenham and surounding area.
About the Role:
* Location: Pakenham, VIC
* Shifts: Morning and evening shifts available, 7 days a week+Sleepover
* Client Preference: Female support worker aged 30+
* Language: Must be fluent in English
* NDIS Experience: Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal care and daily living assistance
* Community access and social support
* Light domestic duties
* Building a positive and empowering environment
Requirements:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
