The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Traffic Engineer join our high-performing team on the M7–M12 Integration Project, delivered in partnership with Transurban and Transport for NSW. This major project will improve travel times, ease congestion, and provide direct access to key commercial and residential hubs, including the new Western Sydney International Airport. In this role, you will take charge of day-to-day traffic management, playing a crucial part in the successful delivery of this transformative Western Sydney project.
* Conduct traffic inspections, monitor impacts, and provide advice to manage traffic-related risks.
* Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project traffic management plans, including record-keeping and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant standards.
* Provide consistent guidance on traffic staging, traffic switches, and road closures to internal teams.
* Review traffic staging plans and conduct traffic analysis to support effective transport planning.
* Perform all responsibilities in alignment with John Holland's policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
About You:
1. 1-2 years' experience of proven experience in traffic management role.
2. Strong commitment to safety, ensuring all traffic management activities protect road users, workers, and the community.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and external partners.
