Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Leeuwin Lodge Coordinator.
The Leeuwin Lodge Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day service delivery to residents of the Leeuwin Aged Lodge. The Coordinator reports directly to the Clinical Nurse Manager and ensures efficient and effective service delivery that reflects the Core Values of the Western Australia Country Health Service: Community, Compassion, Quality, Integrity, and Justice.
Area Profile: The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the largest country health system in Australia, providing health services to approximately half a million people, including 45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast area of two and a half million square kilometers. It comprises seven regions with a network of public hospitals, health services, and health centres across rural and remote Western Australia. Our core mission is to provide quality, accessible health services to residents and visitors of rural WA.
