We are looking for a Brand Manager to support our Life-Space portfolio. They will be responsible for the planning and implementation of strategic brand, product plans and campaigns for the Life-Space brand across domestic Australian and New Zealand markets.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will work cross-functionally and partner with key internal and external stakeholders. This role drives the implementation of the brand strategy in the ANZ domestic market including ATL media, digital/social media, trade marketing, healthcare professional marketing, and new product development.
This role is suited to both a seasoned Brand Manager or a high-performing Brand Coordinator looking to further develop your marketing experience and take that next step. This is an on-site role based at our Head Office in Clayton, with the ability to work 1 day from home.
Key outcomes of the role include:
* Planning and implementation of strategic brand, product plans, and campaigns.
* Manage key customers and trade marketing co-op efficiently, maximizing ROI for the planned co-op while working closely with the Sales team.
* Formulate brand strategies for Life-Space in the Australian domestic market, empowering channels and customers with resources, and developing external intellectual property (IP) assets.
* Responsible for facilitating communication between the Life-Space brand and global channels, offering support, and ensuring the fulfillment of needs from global channels from the brand's perspective.
* Manage the development and approval of artwork including updating and maintaining compliance across all packaging in line with formulation, regulatory, and market changes.
* Manage, assist, and implement all types of consumer market research projects (including brand health and NPD concept testing).
* Collaborating with the Scientific Marketing team to deliver product education and training materials.
* Leading internal brand reporting and presentations while developing marketing collateral and trade marketing materials.
* Planning and delivery of brand awareness campaigns and post-campaign reporting.
* Monitor, report and provide recommendations based on key brand campaigns, category performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
* 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing, Brand Marketing, or similar role with strong product and project management experience.
* Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or healthcare industry highly regarded.
* Strong commercial acumen, managing brand budgets and P&Ls.
* Experience in qualitative and quantitative market research.
* Team player attributes and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain positive relationships.
