About the Role

As ourAdministration – Scheduling & Bookings, you'll be theheartbeat of our office—the key link between our clients and our pest control technicians. Your role will include:

* Scheduling & Coordination:Efficiently book and manage technician schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Client Communication:Answer inbound calls, assist customers with enquiries, and provide exceptional service.
* Lead Management & Follow-Ups:Engage with potential customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
* Data Entry & Workflow Management:Accurately record bookings, job details, and technician assignments in our system.
* Invoicing & Payment Assistance:Assist with invoicing, follow-up on outstanding payments, and ensure accurate financial records.
* Proactive Client Engagement:Follow up with clients for service reminders and maintain customer relationships.


About You

To thrive in this role, you should be:

* Highly Organised:Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
* A Strong Communicator:Confident and professional over the phone and via email.
* Proactive & Adaptable:Able to think on your feet and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using job scheduling software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.
* Team Player:A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others.

Experience in scheduling or administration within the service industry (such as pest control, trades, or home services) is highly preferred.
