Key Responsibilities
As a senior Pega analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and facilitating workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs using design thinking principles and techniques.
* Prepare and facilitate workshops to identify and document business requirements;
* Participate in project teams' design workshops and facilitate walkthrough reviews of designs where applicable;
* Document and review specifications under the oversight of enterprise solution leads and lead Pega business analysts;
You will also be responsible for facilitating specification walkthroughs, handovers, and forums to assist in prioritizing EBS Pega platform and Cloud Pega platform deliverables. Additionally, you will facilitate the triage of system defects and issues.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in applying agile delivery methodologies, including the use of project management and delivery management tools;
* Pega business architect certification and 3+ years' experience working as a Pega senior/lead business architect/analyst on Pega platforms;
* Demonstrated experience with business process management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.
