As our new Reception / Administration Support, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements and reception out of our Toowoomba office.
Operating in a busy environment, you will utilise your superb organisational skills and excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality support to our support service team.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception and meet and greet and over the phone/email
2. General administration functions, such as filing and records management
3. Providing admin support to our local team
4. Petty cash, corporate card, reconciliations

Benefits:
13. Salary range $51,173.20 /yr (25.90/hr) + tax savings approx $5000 /yr
14. Permanent, Full-time role
15. 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday
