Job Title: Experienced UX Designer
As a seasoned User Experience (UX) Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience across all procurement and grants information systems/environments.
Your primary responsibility will be to research and implement UX Best Practice initiatives as defined by the Digital Transformation Agency. This includes:
* Conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points;
* Auditing current systems based on UX Best Practice recommendations;
* Testing designs with users to ensure usability and effectiveness;
You will work closely with our team to design and develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
