Your New Role
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional customer experience and drive operational excellence within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across our product range, resolve challenges efficiently and professionally, and also provide accurate pricing, delivery information and product support.
You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:
* Managing purchase orders, invoices, and pre-payment arrangements.
* Collaborating with operational and technical teams to prepare accurate quotes.
* Identifying and flagging system errors for resolution.
* Maintaining customer databases and generating activity reports.
* Ensuring inventory levels meet forecasted demand across locations

As the successful Customer Service Coordinator, you will possess:
* Proven experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administration.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
