Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining and updating front sales area retail displays.
* Marketing and sales of parts to customers, ensuring business plan targets and goals are met.
* Developing new customers and maintaining current customer base.
* Coordinating supply of Parts and Services to retail front counter customers.
* Responding efficiently to all front counter, phone and email enquiries.
* Generating Parts sales invoices and processing credit returns.
* Reconciling cash sales daily in liaison with administration requirements.
About Our Team
Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) is part of the larger Volvo Group Australia umbrella. This role will be based at VCV Prestons, working in a team of 22 members and reporting to the Parts Manager.

* Prior experience in a Parts Interpreter (or similar) role.
* An excellent mechanical aptitude and knowledge of truck products.
* Sound computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to prioritize workloads and work effectively in team environments.
* A forklift license (desirable, not essential).
* Capacity to work a Saturday shift on a rotating roster.
