The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience while driving strong commercial outcomes across sales, team performance, and operations.
You won't just manage the store — you'll help define what great retail looks like.
From team culture and customer connection to visual merchandising and operational excellence, this role is perfect for someone who is hands‐on, commercially savvy, and excited by the challenge of building something special from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing Driving Leadership & Team Culture
* Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing retail team
* Create a positive, inclusive, and energetic store culture
* Lead from the front with exceptional customer service and floor presence
* Coach and develop your team to achieve both individual and store success
Customer Experience & Brand Presence
* Deliver a premium and memorable customer experience
* Bring the brand to life through styling, storytelling, and visual merchandising
* Build strong product knowledge and confident selling behaviours within the team
* Ensure every detail in-store reflects brand standards and values
Commercial Performance
* Drive sales, KPIs, conversion, ATV, and profitability
* Monitor trading performance and respond proactively to opportunities
* Execute promotional activity and seasonal campaigns with excellence
* Manage wages and operational costs effectively
Operations & Store Excellence
* Oversee day-to-day store operations including POS, stock control, and reporting
* Maintain high inventory accuracy and smooth stock flow processes
* Ensure compliance across all retail and OH&S procedures
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and customer experience
About You
You're an experienced retail leader who brings energy, initiative, and strong commercial instincts.
You love being on the floor, motivating your team, and creating a store environment customers genuinely want to come back to.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
* 3–5+ years' experience in retail leadership
* Strong experience driving sales and team performance
* A hands‐on leadership style with excellent communication skills
* A passion for customer experience and premium retail environments
* Experience within fashion, lifestyle, homewares, or premium retail highly regarded
* The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, evolving environment
