You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the reception area providing first point of contact for people dealing with Pilbara Ports. You will also be responsible for providing administration assistance including preparing and organising correspondence, as well as setting up and maintaining tidiness of meeting rooms and amenities throughout the day.
