Position Outline:
4. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards via online dashboard platforms, to provide meaningful people metrics to inform HR strategic activity and direction, including the analysis of data and identification of trends and exceptions. Liaising with internal stakeholders including Finance and ITS Operations, ensuring adherence to Council's approved establishment.
5. Identify and drive process and system optimisation activities and continuous business improvement strategies including managing system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration of existing systems.
6. Assist Coordinator People & Culture Services in ensuring continuous improvement of People and Culture processes and service delivery across council. Including development and delivery of workforce strategies and operational improvements.
Key Skills:
7. Minimum 5 years' experience working in similar role in diverse multi-disciplined organisation
8. Experience in HR systems and projects
9. Experience in HR reporting and analysing data
10. project management experience and highly developed communication skills
11. demonstrated experience with a variety of HRIS systems and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft suite.
