The Opportunity
As Facility Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and operations of this well-established residential aged care service. Partnering with an experienced Clinical Manager and supported by a strong executive team, you’ll drive service excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive, person-centred culture.
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver best-practice care and support
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous improvement
Oversee all operational aspects including clinical governance, workforce, budgets, and occupancy
Foster strong engagement with residents, families, staff, and the wider community
Shape the strategic direction of a flagship facility with significant organisational support
About You
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a senior leadership role within residential aged care
Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and funding frameworks
Solid financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets and resources
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
AHPRA-registered nurse qualification (highly regarded, not essential)
