The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Construction Labourers with a strong background in concrete remediation to join our dynamic team in Cairns. If you are a hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Performing concrete remediation tasks, including but not limited to, concrete breakout, crack repair, patching, and finishing.
- Operating various power tools such as jackhammers, grinders, and other construction-related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with site preparation, clean-up, and general labouring duties as required.
- Adhering strictly to all WHS policies and procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Must be based in Cairns or willing to relocate.
- Proven experience in concrete remediation.
- Demonstrated experience operating jackhammers and other powered construction tools.
- Current White Card (Construction Induction).
- Must be physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test.
- Ability to successfully pass a National Police Check.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
