This is a rare role offering direct exposure to, and collaboration with, the Principal / CEO in shaping and executing the Group's investment strategy. You will operate as a thought partner and lead contributor within an environment that values intellectual curiosity, independent reasoning and high-performance decision making
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Identify, evaluate and recommend compelling investment opportunities across asset classes
* Conduct deep fundamental, thematic and macro-economic research to inform portfolio positioning
* Build and maintain robust financial models to support valuation, scenario analysis and underwriting
* Actively manage the Group's established multi-asset investment portfolios
* Play a key role in the Investment Committee, including contributing to and preparing high-quality IC materials
* Work closely with the Financial Controller on trade execution, settlements, onboarding and compliance
* Deliver clear, insightful portfolio reporting to the Principal
* Contribute to the activities of the Group's Foundation, including committee participation
* Support broader operational initiatives within a lean, cohesive team
You will bring years of high-calibre experience gained across Investment Banking, Investment Management, Private Markets or a Sophisticated Investment Group. Ideally have in-depth experience in one of the major assets classes, and above all, you will be:
