**The Position**:
This is a new position due to the agent's success; a fast-paced role supporting one of the most dynamic Agents in the area, that is second to none
- Working in a successful team of 4;
- Diary Management/organise appointments
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Attending meetings with photographers, stylists and buyers
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Database entry and management
- Client relationships and management
- Preparing Vendor reports
- Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process
- Open home follow up
- Auction and open-home preparation
- Conducting pre-settlement inspections
- Preparing marketing collateral
- General administration duties

**To be considered for the role you will**:
- 2+ years recent experience in real estate
- Certificate of registration - essential
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
- Well-presented
