About the role 
Reporting to the General Manager - Western, you will lead and mentor our Goldfields and Metro sales teams to deliver excellent customer relationships, annual revenue and profit targets. 
Your responsibilities will be to. 
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Goldfield and Metro Sales Team 
- Develop, mentor and motivate your team to achieve superior results 
- Identify, convert and allocate sales opportunities within scope of the business plans and annual budgets 
- Monitor and deliver on commercial performance requirements in accordance with the budget and KPI's 
- Frequent travel will be required to ensure a solid presence and high level of contact and support for your region.

- Demonstrable broad and in-depth experience in sales within a multi-site environment 
- Ability and desire to lead, coach and develop talent within a sales team 
- Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills 
- Excellent financial analytical capability and numerically astuteness 
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills
