The Coordinator manages the daily operations and staff of the reception area, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum bachelor level qualification from a tertiary university.
* Significant practical experience in academic or student support.
* Sound understanding of the tertiary education system.
* Experience developing and managing customer service functions or programs.
* Strong stakeholder management experience.
* Demonstrated strong organisational skills, time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to respond efficiently to competing demands.
