Role Description
This role is for an on-site Business Process Analyst based in Canberra. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will contribute to real client engagements in government and defence, mapping and improving business processes that matter. Responsibilities include capturing and modelling current and future state processes, supporting workshop facilitation, maintaining clients' Business Management Systems, and assisting with the delivery of training and documentation. You will be part of a collaborative team that invests in your development and gives you exposure to complex, meaningful work from day one.
Qualifications
* Developing analytical skills with an interest in business process management, systems thinking, or organisational design.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Some exposure to process mapping, structured documentation, or policy and procedure writing is well regarded.
* Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g. Holocentric Modeller, Visio, or similar) is advantageous but not required.
* Prior experience in a consulting, government, or analytical role is desirable.
* Qualifications in business, information systems, public administration, or a related discipline are advantageous.
