We are committed to valuing and supporting Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and Māori peoples, cultures, and careers.Your role:In this role you will play a key role in:Familiar with SAP IBP S&OP, Demand and Supply, Knowledge of data integration between ECC and other systems.The providers for IBP should handle the full lifecycle of the application, including maintenance, upgrades, monitoring of CIDS task, and incident resolution (P1, P2 and P3) within SLA timelines.The providers stay updated with the latest IBP releases and functionalities, ensuring smooth upgrades.Beyond just resolving issues, the provider aims to proactively identify potential problems and prevent disruptions through monitoring and analysis.Response to P1, P2 and P3 priority incidents within the SLA timelines.8-hour support during CST and ACT hours.Investigate the root cause of the issue and share with the JH IS team.Coordinate with the business stakeholders to help resolve the incidents.Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration and documentation.Be seen by the client as a functional expert.Facilitate functional workshops and ability to design solutions.Creating / validating process maps.Documenting configuration, functional specifications and test cases.Execution of test cases.Performing system configuration and Unit Tests.Providing inputs program and practice leadership.Support RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.Your profile:Functional resource experience in SAP Materials Management.Minimum of 10 + years professional industry experience.At least 3 end-to-end IBP implementations including Demand, Supply and S&OP.Significant experience in Procurement, Inventory and manufacturing within SAP Materials Management (MM) module.Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.Overall supply chain experience.Strong analytical and communication skills.Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work and lead a team.Experience in FMCG, Retail, Process Manufacturing.What you'll love about working here:We recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
