Responsibilities
* Recruit long-distance drivers, mechanics, and office staff.
* Write job advertisements.
* Conduct staff inductions.
* Perform data entry with impeccable attention to detail.
* Handle compliance duties and related data entry.
* Manage staff performance.
* Oversee driver medicals, licence checks, driver training, and drug/alcohol testing.
