Job Overview
This role is an integral part of advancing Wyndham's creative vision through strategic planning, partnership development, and advocacy. The Creative Strategy & Partnerships Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering initiatives that align with Wyndham's Community Vision 2050.
The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to champion cross-sector engagement and embed creative priorities within broader economic and social strategies. Reporting to the Manager, Arts, Events & Cultural Venues, the role works across teams and with subject matter experts in strategy, planning, and programming to ensure coordinated and impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing strategic partnerships with government, industry, and community stakeholders
* Preparing business cases, feasibility reports, and service models to support sustainable growth and long-term community impact
* Contributing to strategic planning and advocacy projects that advance Wyndham's creative vision
* Writing briefings and strategic documents for internal and external audiences to promote effective communication and stakeholder engagement
* Applying research and evaluation methods to inform evidence-based planning and decision-making
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in arts management, project management, or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience in creative or cultural strategy, preferably in a government or complex organization setting
* Proven ability to deliver complex projects, including advocacy planning and business case development
* High-level skills in research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and report writing
* Experience managing relationships across public, private, and community sectors
