We are currently searching for an HR Officer to join the Ceres HR Function. Reporting into the HR Manager, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing and reporting HR data to support strategic decision‐making and drive organisational effectiveness. This position is site‐based on a 19:9 rotation.
Responsibilities
* Identify trends in HR data and present findings in legible format to management, offering actionable insights.
* Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data across platforms.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Attend to welfare checks, when required, in the village.
* Attend to letters/filing.
* Attend to basic queries.
* Attend pre‐starts.
* Gather, analyse and interpret HR data from various sources.
* Work closely with HRBP, HR Director & HR Manager to cover all requirements.
* Respond to ad‐hoc reporting requirements from project leadership.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field highly regarded.
* 2+ years' experience in the HR space, ideally within a construction environment.
* Construction experience highly regarded.
