What you’ll do: Define finance strategies and operating models, optimising people, process, technology, and data across the finance function. Modernise management reporting and improve planning, performance management, and end-to-end finance processes. Lead digital transformation by implementing AI, automation, and data visualisation tools; collaborate with Data & Analytics to develop innovative solutions (e.g., finance chatbots) that enable better decision-making. Diagnose root causes of business problems and recommend practical solutions to enhance processes. Work in cross-functional teams with client stakeholders, conducting analysis, developing insights, and delivering high-quality outcomes and deliverables (reports, models, proposals, thought leadership). What we’re looking for: Must have a strong consulting / continuous improvement background or come from a project-oriented environment. Proven experience in delivering transformation projects in the Finance function, including Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A). Advisory experience with key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Oracle, PowerBI). Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders. A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance. An academic background in Accounting, Finance or Commerce is preferred.
