About this amazing opportunity:
Lead by an experienced Commercial Manager who values curiosity and a commercial mind, this role is hands-on focused on implementing and optimising supply chain and operational processes to drive efficiencies and deliver growth. This role is Head Office based in Victoria with some flexibility to work from home. Embracing seasonality, you will manage the full supply chain from procurement to customer delivery, including supplier relationships and customer service. You enjoy exploring and applying new technologies including Gen AI and will collaborate with the Commercial Manager on our supply chain digital transformation.

A passion for supply chain coordination & operations process improvementA genuine tech curiosity and high-tech literacy including strong ERP experienceProven success automating workflows, organising tasks and people, simplifying complex processes, and optimizing resource utilisationMin. 5+ years' experience in a similar roleWorked for a product import wholesale businessAn enjoyment of problem solving and stakeholder relationshipAn uncompromising attitude to accuracy and focus on detailA strong knowledge of global manufacturing and logistics; andHigh level of responsibility for own actions and performanceMicrosoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision) and MS Power Platform [PBI, Flow etc.] essential. PowerBI knowledge as well as experience in businesses selling to national retailers and exporting highly advantageous.
