Senior Geriatrician Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geriatrician to lead our multidisciplinary team in the delivery of high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art regional hospital.

The ideal candidate will have full clinical responsibility for their patients and serve as a clinical team leader, supporting and guiding staff in delivering best-practice care. The scope of practice may include:
* Inpatient geriatric medicine
* Outpatient clinics
* Telehealth consultations through Geri-Connect
* Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM) at Home
About Our Division
The Community and Continuing Care Division provides a comprehensive range of services focused on optimizing health, independence, and wellbeing for people across the Loddon Mallee region.
We have several key program areas, including:
* Aged Care Assessment
* Community Allied Health
* Carer Support
* Chronic Disease Management
* Diabetes Services
* Outpatient Rehabilitation
* Geriatric Management Assessment, including home-based and outreach models
* Allied Health Services, spanning 12 disciplines with strong professional governance frameworks
As part of our well-established Geriatric Medicine team, you will work alongside Geriatricians, Rehabilitation Physicians, Palliative Care Physicians, Registrars, and junior medical staff.
To be eligible for this role, you must have eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) and hold a FRACP or equivalent specialist qualification.
