We are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant to support the sale of our quarry product!
About US
At Hazell Bros, our core focus is on employee well-being, community engagement and delivering exceptional results. Our people are committed to making a positive impact both within the company and in the broader community. Our success is a direct result of the dedication and hard work of our people.
Here, you're not just an employee, you're part of a family. We have a strong focus on teamwork, recognition, and continuous development, we walk the walk and talk the talk. Join us to be part of a company where your career is a journey and your success is our success, that's not just a promise but a reality.
About THE ROLE
We are seeking a customer service superstar with prior sales experience to take ownership of all aspects of the customer experience, ensuring our service is as premium as our product. Reporting to our Northern Sales Representative, you will work closely with production, transport, and external customers to deliver timely, accurate, and reliable service.
You will be a master at managing your own workload to meet client expectations – the industry moves quickly, and we need to ensure our communication is a top priority.
On occasion, the role requires you to assist weighbridge operations. While our weighbridge is transitioning to an autonomous system, it will still require hands‐on support on occasion. This aspect of the role offers valuable exposure across the business and positions you as a key point of contact and the "face" of the quarry.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a defined succession plan, allowing you to grow your sales career alongside our developing business. You will gain hands‐on experience and exposure to quarry sales, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to confidently take the reins and ultimately secure sales autonomously.
We can be flexible around your personal commitments. This is a permanent part‐time role, offering approximately 20‐30 hours of work a week. Working hours from Monday‐Friday would be advantageous to business needs. Monday and Tuesday coverage is essential.
