Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Adviser to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for client service and a desire to advance their career. You will play a key role in advising clients, particularly in areas related to Managed Discretionary Accounts, Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF), and transition to retirement (TTR) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to our existing client base, focusing on managed accounts, SMSF, TTR, and account-based pensions.
* Collaborate with paraplanners, accountants, and the investment team to implement effective strategies.
* Partner with the Head of Wealth to drive the growth of our advice business.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards for client records and CRM usage.
Qualifications and Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in superannuation and investment advice.
* Fully qualified and ASIC-compliant Financial Adviser (post-1 January 2026 standards)
* Expertise in SMSF, TTR, and account-based pensions.
* Experience with Managed Discretionary Accounts.
* Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and XPlan is preferred.
