Kennedys is looking for a Senior Associate to join our growing Insurance practice in Brisbane. The successful candidate will work on a mix of complex general insurance matters; involving coverage, financial lines, 1st party property & professional indemnity (construction) issues.The role includes handling high value, complex coverage disputes as well as having carriage of defence instructions for financial institutions, a range of construction professionals, corporate service providers, and directors and officers (D&O). The role also includes advising on large subrogated recoveries and commodities claims.This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their career working for a reputable global law firm. The successful candidate will have at least 6-9 years' of defendant insurance experience as a minimum and be able to cope with multiple deadlines at the same time.
