We support laboratories and healthcare providers across Australia and international markets.
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts within our Diagnostics business, across different segments of pathology.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening long‐term customer relationships, and acting as the primary interface between customers and internal commercial, technical, regulatory, and operations teams.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will develop and execute account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer service in regulated healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage assigned key accounts, building trusted, multi‐level relationships with scientific, clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans, sales pipelines, and accurate forecasts aligned to strategy, targets and budgets.
* Drive revenue growth through portfolio expansion, tenders, pricing, and contract renewals.
* Act as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Technical, QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
* Deliver a high level of customer service, proactively managing and resolving issues.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, call activity, and reporting.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy.

* Self‐starter with a proven track record in sales.
* Previous experience in clinical pathology, diagnostics, or a related field.
* Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision‐makers.
* Ability to create win‐win solutions that address customer needs.
* Focused on driving business growth, revenue, and market share.
