About the project The Western Program Alliance (WPA) is delivering some of Victoria's most transformative infrastructure programs, improving rail safety, capacity, and connectivity.

About the role We are looking for a proactive and capable HR Advisor to provide practical, high-quality HR support across the project. You will be part of an experienced HR team, with autonomy to manage your responsibilities effectively.
This is a genuinely flexible part-time role (24 hours per week), giving you the autonomy to design your schedule around your lifestyle; whether that is full days, school hours, or shorter days across the week.
Key responsibilities
* Provide HR advisory support across employee relations and performance.
* Partner with leaders to deliver practical, compliant HR solutions.
* Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
* Coach managers through performance and complex people matters.
* Contribute to workforce planning, reporting, and HR initiatives.

What will you bring?
* 2–3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
* Knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Nice to have: experience in construction, infrastructure, or project environments.
