Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to champion brand execution across two key brands—BST Group and Tools for Schools. This role is ideal for a disciplined, creative marketer who can translate strategy into high-impact campaigns, strengthen customer engagement, and support sales growth in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
* Develop content across digital, print, and trade channels to ensure consistent brand representation.
* Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing assets that support business development.
* Ensure seamless customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
* Embed the Brand Identity System internally, promoting alignment across both brands.
* Manage agencies, suppliers, CRM activity, digital executions, and lead‑nurture workflows.
* Track budgets, report on ROI, and monitor competitors and market trends.
Key Selection Criteria
* Ability to execute marketing strategy with discipline, clarity, and commercial awareness.
* Strong campaign management skills with a focus on on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
* Excellent communication and collaboration, with the ability to work closely with sales, operations, and leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
