The Role Toll People has a great opportunity for a Trade Assistant to join one of our manufacturing clients at Chipping Norton. This is an ongoing TEMP role with opportunity for permanency. You will play a key role in maintaining the manufacturing plant on a daily basis ensuring optimum output. The role is working 5 days on site 7.00-3.00pm. Key Responsibilities Be part of critical manufacturing in an Australian renowned business Ensure production standards are of the highest level Proactively contribute to the maintenance team Conduct programmed maintenance, checking for leaks and oil replenishment Various duties including weekly inspections and replacement of critical parts of the manufacturing machinery eg filters, valves, cylinders, shafts, gear boxes Fabrication of jigs/stands Physically check production results Operate EWP to replace pipes Input maintenance logs into computer Skills & Experience Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must Be mechanically minded Operate autonomously without supervision Strong ability to solve issues as they arise Reliability/punctuality/responsibility are essential traits EWP License preferred Benefits Work as part of a close-knit team in a great culture Excellent hourly rate Great WLB Chipping Norton location Some training provided About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
