McGrath Palm Beach is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join our growing team at our Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to supporting the sales team and ensuring compliance within the real estate industry. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance standards while providing critical administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This includes preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring accuracy, and assisting the sales team throughout the entire transaction process. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify compliance of agency agreements Ensure all compliance requirements are met before launching properties to online portals Prepare and check contracts, along with associated documentation for the sales team Execute contracts to solicitors and track sales from commencement through to settlement Stay across new QLD seller disclosure requirements and contract changes to ensure accuracy Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders Check and verify Auction documentation for accuracy The Successful Candidate Will Have: Previous experience as Real Estate Sales Administrator A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively Exceptional organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills Professional and approachable communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face Impeccable personal presentation Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with clients and stakeholders A positive, self-motivated attitude and exceptional attention to detail
