Job DescriptionManage and grow key accounts within the food production/manufacturing sector in NSW.Develop and implement effective sales strategies.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.Analyse market trends and sales data to inform business decisions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleClosely work with QA, R&D; and other relevant departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and the clients needs are metPlanning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiativesThe Successful ApplicantA Successful Key Account Manager NSW Should Have3+ years working experience in food manufacturing or production in NSWExperience with either UHT creams, margarine, chocolates, or bakery related productsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsA results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsAbility to travel as needed within the NSW regionWhat's on OfferSalary: 110k + 16k car allowance + Super + BonusA generous bonus scheme, with potential earnings of up to 25% of your annual salaryWork flexibility, with ability to work from homeA supportive and collaborative company cultureOpportunities for professional growth and developmentIf you're looking for step up your career into a distributor and have experience selling into manufacturers/producers, dealing with UHT Creams, Margarine, baked goods, and/or Chocolate, I want to hear from you!
