The Regional Sales Manager, North Region role is a high-impact sales leadership position responsible for leading and developing a designated regional sales team to achieve identified business outcomes and sales performance.
This position supports strategies developed at a national business unit level that promote growth within the Companion Animal Business Unit with nominated key customers.
* Sales Team Leadership: Drive team performance to meet business priorities, conduct regular reviews and provide feedback, manage territory planning and marketing campaigns, and foster a sales-driven culture.
* Account Management: Lead servicing of key Veterinary Wholesale accounts and buying groups, conduct business reviews and develop strategic plans with sales, marketing, and technical teams, and engage key account influencers to deliver outcomes.
* Sales & Financial Performance: Meet sales budgets, market share, and team metrics, ensure compliance with rebate, discount, and pricing policies, and maximise profits from new business opportunities.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Life Science and/or Business are preferred.
* Experience: Extensive customer-facing sales experience, ideally in Animal Health.
* Leadership Skills: Proven success managing sales teams and delivering on KPIs and budgets.
* Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with budget management and financial expertise.
