Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. As part of our globally connected powerhouse, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of clients, from large multinational companies to small start-ups.
* Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and business, economic, and financial knowledge to help resolve client challenges.
* Manage engagements and maintain day-to-day client relationships, including participating in meetings with clients and tax authorities.
* Mentor, train, and support the development of team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
You will be responsible for supporting Partners on high-level engagements, including transfer pricing planning, operational transfer pricing, compliance requirements, and all forms of tax authority engagement.
Our ideal candidate will possess at least 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience.
* Possess good drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation, and advise clients on the implications.
* Have experience in assimilating complex information and data sources to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations.
* Exhibit strong teaming and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
* Show strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental, and political factors that influence transfer pricing.
* Exceptional client service orientation and a collaborative approach to teaming are essential.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
* Financial modelling, Excel skills, AI skills, and Bloomberg skills are beneficial.
