We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in a full-time position. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our surveying business by delivering high-quality services to clients.
About the Role
This position involves undertaking cadastral detail and construction surveys, managing project data, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and limited drafting. The ideal candidate will have a healthy balance between fieldwork and office-based plan preparation.
Key Responsibilities
 * Conduct various field and site surveys including boundary surveys, detail surveys, set out works, work as executed surveys, and preparation of linen plans in compliance with Registrar General Directions & NSW Land Registry Services.
 * Manage survey data, perform reductions calculations, and sketches.
 * Be proficient in the use of CivilCad Magnet and AutoCAD software to complete survey deliverables.
 * Work closely with clients and internal teams on technical requirements.
Requirements
 * Diploma or Degree in Surveying.
 * Proven experience in cadastral surveying (Minimum 5 years).
 * White Card and current driver's license.
 * Strong technical communication and mentoring skills.
 * Experience with Trimble Total Stations GPS/GNSS equipment and Digital Level is preferred but not required.
 * Full working rights in Australia are necessary.
