The business is entering an exciting next phase of growth and is seeking senior marketing leadership to help scale the brand while maintaining its premium positioning across both markets.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth strategy across Australia and the United States.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a commercially astute marketer who brings fresh thinking, strong brand judgement and a proven ability to grow established businesses. You will be comfortable owning strategy, execution and performance, while partnering closely with leadership to shape the future direction of the brand.
You will know how to balance creativity with structure, innovation with brand discipline, and ambition with commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
* Own and evolve brand strategy to position the business as a premium gifting leader
* Ensure consistency across all channels, markets and customer touchpoints
* Build emotional brand connection while maintaining a refined, premium aesthetic
Growth & Go-to-Market
* Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across B2B and B2C
* Lead go-to-market and expansion strategies for the United States
* Identify new growth opportunities across channels, partnerships and customer segments
* Lead the development of high-impact campaigns across digital, email, social and paid media
* Oversee content strategy that reflects quality, trust and credibility—without over-marketing
* Ensure campaigns are insight-led, performance-focused and aligned to brand values
Performance & Analytics
* Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs aligned to business goals
* Track performance, analyse results and optimise campaigns for ROI
* Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for leadership
* Partner closely with founders and cross-functional teams to deeply understand the business and customer
* Manage and mentor internal team members and external agencies
* Act as a senior marketing voice within the business, confident in decision-making and direction
About You
You are a senior marketing professional with a strong track record of scaling brands and driving commercial results within established businesses.
You will bring
* 8+ years’ experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within premium, consumer or gifting brands
* Proven success growing established brands (not just launching new ones)
* Strong experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, campaigns and performance marketing
* Experience marketing in, or expanding into, international markets—particularly the United States
* Confidence partnering with founders and senior leaders
* A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
* Clear communication, sound judgement and accountability
