In this newly created role, you will play a vital part in connecting people with disabilities to employment opportunities by promoting services and building strong relationships within the community.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and supporting caseloads
* Fostering community and employer engagement
* Providing social and community support
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for inclusive employment and a commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders
* Adaptability and initiative
* Understanding of local labour markets and barriers to employment in regional communities
* A current driver's license and the ability to travel locally as required
