Customer Service Representative – Rimfire Energy
Rimfire Energy is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support customers across billing, account enquiries, onboarding and general energy questions. You'll be the day-to-day contact for our customers, working closely with internal teams, distributors and metering providers to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
This is not a call-centre script role — we're looking for someone who can take ownership of enquiries, problem-solve, and build trusted customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
* Respond to customer phone and email enquiries
* Assist with accounts, billing, payments and moves
* Investigate and resolve customer issues
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
* Liaise with internal teams and industry partners
About you
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Customer-focused and solutions driven
* Comfortable handling multiple enquiries
* Experience in utilities, admin or customer service (preferred)
